[edit] regarding Gili Bar-Hillel
Hi there. I made the article into a redirect because there really wasn't that much information in it. I should tell you that I *am* Gili Bar-Hillel. For personal reasons I would rather not have an article about myself on Wikipedia. I also don't feel that I am notable enough for such an article, given that there are at least 100 more translators of the Harry Potter books and none of them have their own articles! The article has already been speedy deleted once, quite recently. I refer you to the discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Gili Bar-Hillel.
I can ask you not to start an article about me, but I can't really stop you from doing so if you feel strongly about it. If you do wish to translate the article from Hebrew, I suggest that you do so on a virtual scratchpad like a sandbox or subpage (something like, User:Yodaat/sandbox) and then once you are satisfied that the translation is complete and accurate, you can copy the text into the article space in one go. That's better than leaving a short stub and making countless tiny edits to it. The article is currently protected from editing. You can ask any administrator to unprotect it for you (refer them to your talk page if they ask why). I'm not really active on Wikipedia at present so probably better to leave a message at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard. --woggly 18:44, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
