I requested and obtained sysop status. In my time as administrator, I created {{tl}}, {{protected title}} and Wikipedia:Protected titles, aimed at preventing the recreation of certain pages, usually the ones created by spambots. Four days later, I resigned and was removed from the sysop bunch. Hopefully, this Wikipedia can grow itself enough to prevent temporary adminships.
