This image appears to have come from the stock.xchng website. Although many uploaders to stock.xchng wish their work to be effectively public domain, many others believe their work is only available under terms similar to the cc-nc or sampling+ licenses. The stock xchng boilerplace license included with every image contains terms which are unacceptable on Wikimedia Commons. |

That's strange - I am rather certain it did say "There are no usage restrictions for this photo." on sxc when I verified the licence. Maybe they changed the licence since then? --Wikipeder 23:42, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
